BrightRight Academy is deeply personal to me. It was born from our strong belief that the early years do not just shape how children learn — they shape who they become. Working with young children in their most formative stage has shown me how powerful these years truly are, and I approach this responsibility with both warmth and intention.

I hold a Master’s degree in Communication and am a qualified Special Educator. My training allows me to understand diverse developmental needs and recognise that every child learns differently. I combine developmental science with careful observation and instinct, ensuring that each child feels seen, supported and capable. Before I entered the field of education, I successfully ran a Wildlife tourism company for over a decade in Chennai and Bangalore, with a strong focus on Conservation. Building that organisation taught me leadership, structure and how to create meaningful experiences
