Arrushi and Sneha are the teachers your child will meet. Between them, they bring decades of early childhood experience — and a reputation that shows up in our parents' own words.
16 years in early childhood education, with a background in Journalism and Psychology. She believes every child learns best when they feel genuinely seen — her classes are known for their warmth, energy, and the way children talk about them all week long.

Sneha brings patience, playfulness and a genuine love for the early years. Her sessions are built around connection, curiosity, and the kind of calm consistency that helps babies and toddlers thrive.

Sonali and Swarna co-founded BrightRight in 2015. They now focus on curriculum design, programme development, and the philosophy that shapes every class.
Economist and finance professional by training, transitioned to early childhood education after becoming a mother and discovering the science of early brain development. Co-founded BrightRight to create the program she wished had existed for her own children.
MA in Communication and qualified Special Educator. Spent over a decade running a wildlife conservation company before motherhood shifted her focus entirely. Brings both developmental science and a deep instinct for how children learn.
